Great analogy! I use this example with everyone I speak to about this workout.
The metaphor makes sense and is definitely helpful, but you left out why this approach is better. Why exhaust the muscle completely of energy in one workbout instead of dipping back for more and adding to the total work time? I think I understand the principles from hearing you speak about them before, but for those who don’t I think this video leaves out that important point.
