What have I accomplished in the last 12 weeks during the challenge?
1) I lost about 10 lbs. and feel less frumpy.
2) I’ve modified my diet to include 5-6 small meals throughout the day.
3) I’ve tried to be more consistent about getting sleep, but sometimes, living life gets in the way.
4) I try not to beat myself up too much if I have a bit of a set back.
While I’ve been a little limited at the workouts due to a strained and stiff shoulder/neck (from all of the computer work I’ve been doing). I’m now making it a point to take breaks and stretch in between typing sessions and that’s helping.
Overall, I’m trying to keep my new habits up. Would like to drop another 5-10 lbs if possible, but I’m in no rush, as I know these things take time and persistence.
