We will begin with a solid overview and review of the “what and why” behind everything we’ll be working on over the coming weeks.
I thought this recording was going to take about 20 minutes–and you’ll hear me say that near the beginning–but it ended up being almost an hour. If you booked an hour of time with me one-on-one, it would cost a lot and probably not cover nearly as much as I covered in this recording.
I’ve often found that what advanced clients need the most to progress is a solid refresher on the basics, so even if you think you’ve been training a long time and know a lot don’t skip over this.
